In a postive sorta way Mizz Mendlebright was as selfish as those
Giraffes. No hot plates, no kids,only. forty watt bulbs. She probably
had a vested in the Diner . Thats why no one could cook.at the
boarding house.

hello friends , in Thursdays Charlotte Observer ( Charlotte NC ) there was a
political cartoon concerning the senate race in our state and the text was
President Bush speaking and he said that he knew that one candidate was hand
picked by the administration but wondered if he and his cabinet were spending
too much time in NC ,the cartoon was of President Bush as Andy , Condelezza
Rice as Barney , Donald Rumsfeld as Floyd , and Dick Chaney as Goober ,the
drawings were well done and you could really tell who the players were , at
first I got mad that the editoral cartoonist would use TAGS in in a political
cartoon , but then I was a little happy that NC and Mayberry are so closely
related when people think of our state Mayberry also comes to mind . Hope I
didnt break any numbered laws by mentioning this . have a great day

prayers.God is good and will help you through along with the the hometown folks
here in Mayberry.My husband was diagnosed with a brain tumor in February and
had surgery in March.Though it's a slow recovery,thank God for a recovery and

I saw a "triple" this past Friday. It was in the epilog of the Luke
Comstock episode. This episode is where Luke comes back with a present of
a rifle for Andy. Barney is afraid for Andy so gets Otis and Gomer as
deputies to be Andy's bodyguards.
Anyway, during the epilog, Barney and Andy are in the courthouse and Barney
keeps apologizing to Andy for guarding him. Andy says that the whole thing
is forgotten. Otis comes in to apologize and Barney says "Otis,
Tick-a-lock". Otis turns to Andy and asks "Tick-a-lock?" and then Andy
looks at Otis and says "Tick-a-lock".
