Aunt Bee's "baby" sister Nora is the only one we ever meet ("Family Visit")
but she has at least one more. In "Dinner at Eight," (this is the spaghetti
episode, and perhaps the best color episode), she is away visiting her
sister Ellen in Raleigh. Earlier, in "Briscoe Declares for Aunt Bee" Andy
reminded her that she and Aunt Florence used to recite poetry together.
Florence is probably Bee's sister, but it is possible she is Andy's aunt in
some other way (maybe she's Andy's great aunt or his mother's sister, or she
could be Bee's sister-in-law).
Bee also had at least one brother, who apparently had a drinking problem.
In "Aunt Bee's Medicine Man" Andy tells Barney "she won't even allow
fruitcake in the house, on account of a brother she had." Andy speaks about
him in the past tense, implying that he is deceased.

Andy also had an Aunt Florence, but I am not sure if it was ever established
if this was Aunt Bee's sister. It could have been her brother's wife. We know
she had at least one brother, because it had to be Andy's dad since her name
is Taylor and she was never married and she is Andy's Aunt.... (Andy Taylor,
Bee Taylor - her maiden name)...Also, it is mentioned Opie had an "Uncle
Todd" but Andy explains this is actually Andy's cousin, which would not make
him Opie's Uncle....

I just saw an episode yesterday of Andy and Barney taking care of a loaded
goat inside the jail because he ate some dynamite. Andy and Barney both
jumped up onto Andy's desk because the goat becomes mad because Otis threw
him out of his cell. As Andy gets down from the desk, his pant leg reveals
his boot. If you are a Matlock fan, you would know he is always polishing his
boots, yes the same kind !

Larry,
The line "Why don't you run up an alley and holler 'fish'," was from the
"Citizen's Arrest" episode. However, Gomer was the one who said it(not
Barney). That's one of my very favorite episodes (especially when Otis and
Barney get into it after Barney locks himself up)!! Hope you were on the
