      Hello all....
In the Eps. where Andy marries Helen ( Now this might
be the first Eps. of RFD not sure.)... Anyway , Andy tells the guys
Aunt Bee is going to live with her sister in WV. Never gave a name.
Maybe Nora left Ollie and Lake Charles and moved away. Nora coulda
got tired of hauling that goosedown pillow of Ollies around..
      Ya just never know.
Have a good day And Never use anything over a 40watt bulb.

Wasn't Bradford Taylor (Jack Albertson) described as Aunt Bee's brother? Or
was it cousin?

And I'm curious to know why Aunt Bee's brothers and sisters were not
mentioned as being related to Andy, as well?

TAGS fans,

We had lintel soup this past weekend and I kept thinking of Aunt Bee
saying she was once in a play called (I think) "Six Who Passed While the
Lintels Boiled". Does anyone know if this is an actual children's play or
if it's just a (very strange) name made up by the writers?

That episode was on last night on TV Land. It's the one where Howard buys the
barbershop and ups the rent. Floyd gets mad and leaves town.

Another one mentioned was a brother, i think, that was an "oiler" on a
tanker. Has to be , something about a girl back home.

Hello! My wife and I just returned from a visit to Mt. Airy as we passed
through North Carolina on Tuesday. We did the normal routine of visiting
all of the famous places and souvenir stores in town. I will say that there
is nothing that beats the famous "Pork Chop" sandwich at the Snappy Lunch!
I recommend it to all! Just wanted to say "Hey" and let everyone know that
if they have never been to Mt. Airy, they need to make plans to do so.

I watched a "color" episode of TAGS last evening. It was when the Barber
Shop was sold to Howard Spragg.

Aunt Bee was trying to cut an unwilling Opie's hair and mentioned she used
to cut her brother's hair all the time.

So that may be what led to his drinking problem.
