Really good answer of why people are not submitting. Wish I'd thought of it.

Hello Everyone,
This is the first time I've posted anything since I joined. My wife bought
me TAGS trivia game for Christmas and we had a fun time playing it."well I
did anyway". Would have been more fun had I had a little more competion. My
wife and kids kept saying, How did you know that? I love reading everyones
posts, so keep them coming.

You know maybe we would hear from more people to the
digest if they had bigger wires...Bout time we got
modernized around here...Think I'll go check out the
Preston Foster movie on TV...This is something you can
teach your children and your children's
children...It's not anything you can learn in books.

Haven't seen this mentioned, but it may have been....
Andy Griffith's new CD "Bound For The Promised Land: The Best of Andy
Griffith Hymns" will be in stores January 25, by Sparrow Records. Includes over
30
songs in one CD including:
Shall We Gather At the River, Will the Circle Be Unbroken, Precious Memories,
I Love to Tell the Story, Amazing Grace/Grace Greater Than All Our Sin,
Church in The Wildwood, We're Marching to Zion/When the Saints go Marching In,
etc.
Andy did good at the inauguration! He read the poem the Bridge Builder, very
short but very good, and he looked great!!

Hey folks,

Just a reminder that the "Whatzits" contest is winding down at the Mayberry
Emporium (_www.mayberry-emporium.com_ (http://www.mayberry-emporium.com) ).

Here is a list of prizes the winner will receive:

Andy Griffith cut signature (a REAL ONE, not the junk you see on the
Internet)
Don Knotts signed photo
Jim Nabors signed photo
George Lindsey signed photo
Betty Lynn signed photo
Jean Carson signed photo
Clint Howard signed 3x5 card
Set of 10 Mayberry Gazettes
A Mayberry Diploma
100 B&W Photograph CD (100 great 8x10 photos from the show)

Remember you can't win if you don't play!! Contest ends on January 31. The
winner and the correct answers will be posted on Feb. 1. I will contact the
winner via e-mail and get shipping info to get these great prizes out.

A lot of folks are getting half of an answer right so I will be awarding 1/2
points in those occasions.

We also have some great new items for sale on the site including autographs
of Francis Bavier and Jack Prince.

If you see something you like, feel free to make ol' Bert an offer. You
might catch him in a generous mood. He hates to be pushy you know!

As always when shopping for that special Mayberry item please shop Weaver's
Department Store first (_http://www.mayberry.com/tagsrwc/weavers/_
(http://www.mayberry.com/tagsrwc/weavers/) ) Then if you are still looking for
something
else, stop by the Mayberry Emporium and say "Howdy"!!

Have a Mayberry kind of day!!

What a great Mayberry lesson and good results too. And from a dreaded
"COLOR" episode too, hah!

Leonard Blush, Leonard Blush, Leonard Blush. Is that all you're going to
talk about, Leonard Blush?

I Think he's been highly over rated since he sang the Star Spangled
Banner at the opening of the county insecticide convention. I wish he'd
just go back to the Pot'O Honey Restaurant on Sundays like he used to.
He ain't no Jim Lindsey
