German says "Hey". I was
just wondering where I could find a listing of the places Don Knotts will be
appearing this year. Any help would be appreciated. Don't worry "I'm one of
arrs".

I've always thought there was a resemblance between Steve Buscemi and Don
Knotts. I particularly see the resemblance when watching the episode about
Malloy, when Barney is posing as another convict in the cell and is trying to
convince Malloy he's breaking out. That black suit and thin black tie really
change Barney's look.

HI Mayberry folks,
Did anyone "study" Mr. Schwamp's features?
Maybe its just me, but, doesn't he look like Jerry Mathers
does, now?
Just a thinkin' about him? Maybe Oprah would know?
For those of you who are not Oprah fans.. She Does LOVE TAGS!!!

I'm going to to with one of today's busiest character actors, Eugene Levy.
He's played Floyd twice before and nailed him both times.

Some time ago, there was a link furnished to a site that did a lot of work
on 40 Acres. Had a lot of pictures of Superman scenes in Mayberry. I've
lost that link. Can anybody point me in that direction?
Thanks.

----------So, now I'm casting the whole movie set in the early
years of the show. I thought Tom Hanks would be a good
for Andy, but I'm curious what others have to say.
Who'd play Opie? Aunt Bea is a tough one, too. And who
in the world could play Floyd Lawson?!! Maybe Alec
Baldwin?-----------
Well, I would cast David Browning as Barney, _my darling person_ Allan as Floyd
Lawson, Phil Lee as Ernest T, Kenneth Junkin as Otis, Jeff Branch as Howard,
Alma Venable as Aunt Bee, Tim Pettigrew as Goober and Jamie Sullivan as Opie.
I think that they'd make a fine cast.
Allan's darling person,
Jan
