   Let us try this again.
Hugh Marlowe also had a memorable role in the film "Twelve O'Clock
High". He put in a superb performance.

Hey everybody. Just wanted to say "Thank Ya, Thank Ya, Thank Ya" for
everyone who helped me remember how to change my Andy tunes on my
computer. If you don't do these things everyday, you kind of forget
from time to time. Well got to go now and thanks again. Horatio

I know others have noticed this before, but TAGS is an educational program. I
never knew that minks were "vicious little animals" before I heard Goober say
it. I don't know what would be worse, spending time with a vicious mink or a
selfish giraffe.

To Sylvia from California ...

Warren's last name was Ferguson. I thought Warren was Floyd's nephew though.

2. Warren, Floyd's cousin?
I never new that Warren was Floyd's cousin? What was Warren's last name?

"I never new that Warren was Floyd's cousin? What was Warren's last name?"

Warren was Floyd's nephew, not his cousin. Warren's last name was Ferguson.
Floyd states in at least one episode that his (Floyd's) sister is Warren's
mother. That would explain the different last name.

The Digital Bits has posted an interview with George Feltenstein, Warner
Brothers' Sr. VP of Marketing for Classic Catalog (e.g., the guy in charge
of WB's home video). He mentions A FACE IN THE CROWD as one of his personal
favorite films, and that it's in the works for a deluxe DVD release in the
near future.
The link to the interview is above.

I always thought Warren's last name was "Ferguson," and equally that he was
Floyd's nephew, but not the nephew who played the accordion in the episode
where the men thought the shoe salesman was a Hollywood talent scout. Just
a thought.

"Best of luck to you and yours."

My wife occasionally buys these Hollywood insider gossip style magazines
(such goings on, such goings on) one of them recently had a story about
Tatum O'Neil. The story was about her childhood and talked quite a bit
about her relationship with her mother, Joanna Moore. I never realized the
extent to which Miss Peggy was into drugs and alcohol. The story did not
paint a pretty picture of her as a person and especially as a mother. I
wonder if she was into this stuff when she was on TAGS and if so, might this
have been one of the reasons she was not kept on as a regular cast member as
a steady girlfriend for Andy's character? Anyone know any more than I do
about this? It was kind of dissapointing to read this story and realize
that often these actors and actresses are much different than the characters
they play on TV and in movies. I mean, Miss Peggy was such a nice wholesome
character, even if she did come from money what with her father owning those
grain silos in Raleigh and all.
