This TAGS set is so good that you shouldn't care about the price of a DVD
player! I purchased a DVD player for a spare room at SAMS CLUB for $29.99!
Another good thing about DVD players is that you can also play your ANDY
GRIFFITH and JIM NABORS Christmas CD's on them (or any other CD), the sound
comes out of your TV speakers.

May I request the help from all you that have purchased the first
season DVD. I just purchased mine at Walmart and we are having
problems with the sound level going up and down. Have any of you
experienced this same problem? I was also curious that mine said it
was made in Mexico. Are they all made there or is this because I
bought it at Walmart? Any feedback would be appreciated. THANKS!

I am going to buy the first season dvd's but it's with regret because even with
my new expensive sony player i still get defective dvd's all the time. And it's
very frustrating to be really into the show and then it freezes or skips back
to the begining or something.
It seems that you must be VERY carefull handling cd's to not get ANY scratches
or dust on them.
Just my opinion but i hope they come up with a better format or better disc's.

i wonder if emmit could just polish my cd's for me some.

Speaking of cars, can anyone identify the Mopar that drives by, behind Andy and
Aunt Bee as they
are walking up to the drug store, in the episode "Ellie Comes to Town". It's a
two-tone, and after Andy comes out of the drug store with Ellie it is parked
outside the drugstore, facing away from the camera. Which give a really good
shot of the tail lights.
You can tell by the door handles and fins that its some kind of Mopar roughly
57-59. More than likely Plymouth or Chrysler but
it might be a Dodge even. I'm not a 50's Mopar expert.

Dapper Dan
you give em 30 they'll take 40
