***Did Aunt Bee ever share a scene in a given episode with Mayor Pike? I honestly forgot.***
The scene in "Mayberry Goes Hollywood," in which they have the ceremony and almost cut down the old tree, Aunt Bee and Mayor Pike both appear, and both interact with Andy within a short time of each other possibly even in the same camera shot.? But I don't remember them both appearing on screen together or speaking directly to each other. BTW, Dick Elliott's walk-on appearance in "It's a Wonderful Life" is one of my favorite parts of that film.
