Yes, Tom, Aunt Bee did share a scene with Mayor Pike in "Crime Free Mayberry". That's when she was showing everyone in Mayor Pike's office the picture of Andy as an infant in his "birthday" suit. She comments, "I'll never get him to pose like that again." So Frances Bavier just forgot about that scene, I guess.
They also share a scene in "Andy Saves Barney's Morale" when Barney arrests the whole town while Andy is in Centerville. Mayor Pike is charged with a 439, while Aunt Bee is charged with a 421.
