I read a couple of the posts about the tribute artists and some "new" ones at 
Mayberry Days this year. Of course you can't get any better than the Barney, 
Floyd, Howard, Ernest T etc. artists that have been there for several years. We 
all know them and they are "outstandidin". You almost forget that they are 
tribute artists and not the real thing. In the parade on Sat. AM was "Almost 
Andy", a tribute artist that I hadn't seen before. He got out of the car that 
he was riding in because the parade was moving a little slowly and he really 
looked like Andy. He was going along shaking hands and for a brief moment many 
of us thought maybe it was Andy trying to see what his old hometown celebration 
was really like. You always see something amazing in Mayberry. - The
