Hey, Mayberry friends. Whoa! I'm chomping at the bit! Just can't wait! Earlier this week we made our reservations to stay in Mt. Airy during Mayberry Days. Now we're discussing what shows to see. I love 'em all, but I have to take into account my young grandchildren ( 6yrs. and 10 yrs.) They get bored at some of the programs aimed at diehard TAGS fans. Colonel Tim's, Karen Knotts, Professor Brower are my favorites including the meet and greet with Betty Lynn, James Best and others. The trivia contest for kids and adults, and Michael Hoover is great, too. Decisions, decisions! I may need a nickel for deciding. And I won't even start talking about food. (a pork chop sandwich and barbecue is enough said). Anyway, we'll have a great time. Family, Mayberry friends, food. The Lord has really blessed me.
