I hope everyone had as great a time at Mayberry Days as I did. The stars
were so sweet. It was great to see "Duke" from Gomer Pyle there. He was great
and so friendly. I was tickled that Jackie J.(Romeena) recognized me from her
Facebook. She said, "I remember you because you look like Loretta Swit from
MASH". She is so sweet. Thelma Lou looked gorgeous and as always was sweet as
she could be. I thought they outdid themselves on the parade this year. It was
just awesome!! I met so many nice people. I think it is just great that they
are still so loved by so many.
