My family continued a Christmas tradition by watching, uncut, The Andy Griffith
Show Christmas episode. It's a wonderful show, I never tire of the emotion that
comes with old lonely Ben Weaver staring through the bars of the jail at Andy,
Aunt Bee, Barney and the others, singing Away in the Manger. It also reminds us
that there are few sitcoms today, if any, that would include that beautiful
song.
