Well, it has been definitively concluded that Tammy Windsor is NOT Karyn Kupcinet, so I think we can nip in the bud any further speculation about that. As to why Tammy has not stepped forward to address the issue, it is very likely, since so little is known about any other acting roles she had or any other history about her, that her acting career was very short lived and that she went on to something else, perhaps just a life of normal domesticity with a husband and family. Perhaps she doesn't even know of the controversy that was addressed earlier here on the digest about her identity. Or, if she does, perhaps she's just not interested in dealing with it. Do we even know if Tammy Windsor is still alive? We may be making an assumption here that she's even still around.
