Hey, Mayberry friends. I'm about to bust to share this with you. After Michael Hoover's show Sat. night at Mayberry Days we went out to eat. When we were seated at the restaurant I spotted Bruce Bilson, Karen Knotts and Morgan Brittany (boy she's pretty) just a few booths away. They were leaving just before we ordered and walked by our table and we exchanged greetings. My grandson (eight yrs. old) got a special nod from Bruce Bilson. They all waved as they went out the door. Such nice people! But that ain't all! Shortly, in came Maggie Peterson (Charlene Darling) and Betty Lynn (Thelma Lou) and walked right over to our table, greeted us and asked if we were having a good time at Mayberry Days. I was so excited that I can't remember how I replied, but I can tell you that this TAGS fan was in Mayberry heaven and the stars are really down to earth and friendly folks. Making Mayberry memories like these with my family will live a long time in our hearts.
