Name a major TAGS character who is seen locked in a cell in the Mayberry Jail. By "major character" I mean a character who appears in at least five episodes. Characters such as Jim Lindsey, Gentleman Dan, and Skippy and Daphne don't count, since they appeared in fewer than five episodes. I have thought of a dozen correct answers. There may be more. Go!
