Tim, since it isn't RAID 5, you are pretty much out of luck unless you
mirrored. The 3 drives would need a data recovery specialist to get anything
useful off them. Do you have backup tape?

Anyone here ever messed with recovering a crashed RAID system?  Over
Christmas break my Promise RAID0+1 went south (3 drives out of 4 marked
bad); I think the data's okay but I seem to be having trouble getting it
back.  I don't want to plug up the list with this, but if you have ideas
