Amrit, Are you using the Enterprise Manager? If so, simply go to your new database, expand it so you can see all the components of the database (tables, views, stored procedures, etc...). Then right click on 'Tables' and select 'New Table'.
If you are more comfortable with SQL, you may want to use the query analyzer. In there, you select your database from the dropdown list (top center) and then enter your SQL in the box below.
