Reading a little closer, looks like you won't actually see your gui for tables until BOTH a db is named along with a user (step 3) and that is done through your hosts' control panel. Once your db is named and you are logged in as a user, you'll probably see the name of the db and hopefully that's a link that you can click on that opens everything else up.
