Jac, I have no idea about the "PDF is better than HTML" for emails concept :-) Does not make a lot of sense to me - you don't need any special programs to read HTML emails (and if they are done well, the text will still come through even when HTML is disabled), but with PDF email the recepient will need to have Acrobat Reader installed, I would think... Then again, I am not in marketing, so what do I know? :-)
