Diane, First of all, it really sounds like you have a good idea and a firm understanding of why your product is necessary. The textual information you just provided was excellent and you are obviously passionate about your work! however, this does not translate to your site. The content of the site is good, but I was not drawn in at all. I could easily have been drawn in through either SOLID copy on the homepage or a head turning design. I think there is enormous potential for your site, as when it comes down to it, content is king! But as a user looking for your services, I don't know if I'd have made it past the front page. A tight design goes a long way towards making me feel comfortable giving someone my cash.
