Hi Diane,

"Trust" is a good USP.

However, you can't get your visitors trust
you simply by asking.

"TRUST ME.............!"

Nope, not even by screaming from your roof top!

So, the existing copy just doesn't cut it.

For instance, on my own site, my USP is
Extraordinary Technical Support.

I don't call it Technical support -
I call it FANATIC'nical Support

(Yes, I coined the word myself :-)

If you look at my home page, I go to a great
extent, and also add a humorous angle to it,
by giving my customer a "Marriage Certificate"
just to show how committed I am to them.

Just read the copy on my home page when you
get a chance.

Not that I'm a millionaire myself - but the
copy you see is the result of months of experimenting
with a lot of different styles of writing.

This one is working the best so far (I've got
my sales figures to prove it).

I'm constantly tweaking my copy to see if
it results in better sales.

And I won't stop till I get it EXACTLY RIGHT!

So, hope that helps.

Regards,

Ravi

Diane,
First of all, it really sounds like you have a good idea and a firm understanding of why your product is necessary. The textual information you just provided was excellent and you are obviously passionate about your work! however, this does not translate to your site. The content of the site is good, but I was not drawn in at all. I could easily have been drawn in through either SOLID copy on the homepage or a head turning design. I think there is enormous potential for your site, as when it comes down to it, content is king! But as a user looking for your services, I don't know if I'd have made it past the front page. A tight design goes a long way towards making me feel comfortable giving someone my cash.

I hope this helps,
