Got the solutin for table borders in Opera (without mucking up IE)

 border-width : 2px 2px 2px 2px;
 border-style : solid;
 border-color : #afbf00;
}

Thanks for the guidance Jon.   Now I just have to put the class in two
places on every page  ;-(
