I find the magic word is "future proofing". A lot of the time they want to
build the site and then forget about it while they count all the cash
they're making. If you raise the spectre that they could end up having to
rebuild the entire site in a couple of years because they insist it works
in NS4 that kinda helps put things in perspective.
