Hello Will- I agree with many of Joseph's comments. However, I would add one thing: I like the look of the secondary pages and the issue of subtle colors is not there. The secondary pages are very clean and easy to read. You might want to re-think all the stuff that is on the home page and reduce the amount of copy to give that spare look. I think the home page is a bit overwhelming--too much of a good thing.
The text in the colored boxes is a bit hard to read. I like small text so I like the way it looks. But I know that many people don't like the text that small.
