Wouldn't an asp page that process the parameters to variables and calls the
script be a way of doing it through the browser? The asp script calling the
vbs file through the file path and not through a server share path, I mean.

Just off the top of my head after returning from a weekend at the beach so
my brain isn't back to work yet.
