I think Cheryl has hit on the important point here.  Why does this web
page need to call a .vbs at all?

I may be of some assistance (as I've been down this slippery slope
before), if you're requirements dictate doing it the way you're
conceiving it, but I have questions as to whether it is the best
approach or not.  What exactly is it your script does?
