Hello,

I'm in process of reorganizing a small/medium size web site (about 500
files). It's been built over the years haphazardly.

My question is would it be more efficient to have one css folder, one
pdf folder, one image folder for the whole site, or should I have a
css/pdf/image folder for each sub area of the site therefore having
multiple css/pdf/image folders?

I will be working on this web site for another few months but it will be
eventually turned over to two people who are very web inexperienced.

Thanks for your insight.
