Thanks Ross. I guess creating another folder lib makes the site more compact, less folders at the root, but another layer to access. So the choice is more folders at the root or more drilling to get the info.
Since our IT insists on having FrontPge, we don't use it, we use Dreamweaver, we have a long list of stupid folders at the root (all the _vti, etc...), then using a lib folder makes sense.
