Why not just say 1/14th stone <grin>? Or if converting, why not convert
to something reasonable like Kilos?
We in the US should know all about holding onto archaic measurements.
What's the history/context here? If 'stone' is the what someone is used
to using, then that's what they will use. Or maybe they used it in
protest of, or to call attention to the silliness of maintaining US
measurements?

Thank you all. Being from South Africa and now living in the US, I
can work with pounds and kilos but stone is a new "size" for me. BTW,
why not just say 14 lbs?
