I put a .js file on a page that is supposed to display random quotes
each time the page is refreshed. If someone has js disabled, they will
not see anything. Also, IE keeps giving warnings about active content,
etc. - is there any way to avert these two problems? I realize that
there is no way to change the settings on a user's IE, but maybe a way
to replace the .js file with something else?
Thanks,
Riva
