Do it server-side (PHP/Perl/ASP/whatever) as opposed to using Javascript
for it?  That way you're not relying on Javascript, and it's also more
efficient if there's a lot of random quotes to pick from - doing it with
Javascript means *all* the available quotes get sent to the client and it
picks one.  Doing it server-side will only send the one that was picked :)
