Hi there, My daughter's laptop's hard drive is shot it looks like. "Missing Operating System" is all I can get it to do. Have tried inserting the recovery cd and a Win98SE cd - same message. I opened it up and pulled the drive and reseated it twice - just in case it had come loose. No luck. I'm wondering if this is a good price and place to purchase her a new drive:
