Forms based authentication, SQL automation or alive directory? Accessing through web based front end or file system?
I hate Ms licensing, way too complex but call Ms UK licensing and ask them, is *think* if you are using form based authentication you don't need CALs (Client Access License) buts I will confess to being uncertain. The clients will _not_ be accessing any file/print services on this server, although they will be authenticating against it.
