I agree. The site will not fit in a 640x480 browser without requiring a
right scroll in the right bottom frame AND the bottom 3-4 buttons in the
left frame are completely obscured and unavailable - and there's no
auto-scrollbar that appears. This is clearly poor implementation, which made
me double-check the url, since the company is supposed to be so well
respected for interface design.

Sheesh, they even used a jpg with large solid white areas on their home
page, which causes a strange pinkish hue with my 16 bit monitor setting..and
my guess is it dithers something weird at 256.
