Ditto at the Bank... we've lost our pipe to the outside world a
couple of times, have had extremely slow connections at other times,
and have had a fair bit of incoming and outgoing e-mail disappear.
Our backbone provider has also mentioned UUNET problems as the
reason, though I don't know the details.
