Hi gang,
Has anyone besides me had problems with the ZDU site? I signed up for the
free trial membership week and decided to join after the 3rd day, but can't
get a secure form for providing my credit card number. I've submitted error
messages and begged for help, but no one from there answers my e-mail. I even
sent an e-mail to the Ziff-Davis webmaster to no avail. No fax, no phone,
just a snail mail address and my check can't get there that quickly.
Now in an hour or less I'm going to lose my records for the class I audited
and the tutorials I took, not to mention my registration for the style sheets
class. I'm guessing this has something to do with the fact that they just
completely revamped their site, because there have been a lot of 404 errors
and other problems as well. I've used NN 4.04, IE3 and IE4 to attempt this.
They're using active server pages now, so this is a pretty big switch for
them.
I've never had to beg anyone to take my money before, and then be ignored!
