yes.
i had this problem.
i also "joined" two classes and did not get "notification" that the
classes had started. when I wrote and complained -- they said "this is
the e-mail address we have on file and we sent you a mail."
Well, any mail with zd in its headers lands in my tech box 'cause i get
a variety of mails from ziff davis. i went back and checked (thinking I
had overlooked it). no go. I did not get a mail.
so my experience hasn't been the best.
