Dunno about GIF Builder because I don't use it, but theoretically you *should* be 
able to achieve what you want using a good animated GIF editor.  Mind that I didn't 
say it could be done *easily*, but it done it could be.

Any animated GIF can of course be "decompiled" into the individual frames that 
comprise it, and these frames can in turn be cut-and-pasted into a new file (with, 
if necessary, a larger background image to contain the various frames.)  So in the 
example you cite, assuming that you wanted the five GIFs to appear sequentially 
and horizontally, and that each one was, say, 100x100 pixels, you could (with some 
tinkering) paste them into a 100x500 background, then set their x-y coordinates 
and durations as needed to create the desired effect.  As I say, theoretically :)
