The short answer is "yup".  My partner has put a few of those together.  He had
parts that came from a morphing program and parts that were from another
animation.  Basically you have two options: running more than one animation at
once or combining them.  Combining them means breaking them apart into their
individual frames and then creating a graphic for each frame that has the
pieces from all the graphics.  Once it's all done, then run it through an
optimizer.
