I used Eudora Pro for a few years, devotedly, but it has been usurped by MS
Outlook (full version, not the Express version, which is pretty good,
too...and also allows for multiple pop accounts), on my NT machine. IMO, the
interface is easier to work with, it also is smart enough to still know how
to function if I disconnect from the net then reconnect without restarting
the program (from what I've heard, Eudora 4 has still not fixed that bug
from v3).
I believe that you need to have MSIE 4 installed, so there's a catch 22.
But, chances are you already have installed Service Pack 3, which also
requires MSIE 4, eh?
Jack
by the way, I would happily pay for Eudora 4 if I thought it was better than
the free MS marketkillerware.
