All the commands I've seen in WS_FTP have keyboard shortcuts. The letters
are underlined for each command to use the ALT+<letter> cobination. To
scroll through the list of saved logins, use your up and down arrows. To
change paths, tab over to the local or remote list, whichever you want to
change, position the highlight on the two dots at the top of the list and
press Enter. That will bring you one directory (folder) up. Highlighting a
subfolder and pressing Enter will take you there too.
Other commands include: Escape = Cancel, Funtion key F1 = Help
When in the Options menu, there are checkboxes to select. Those do not have
shortcut keys assigned, but you tab to them and press the spacebar to
select or deselect them.
