Jim, thanks for the response.

As I usually tell other people, I should have been more explicit.

I see the alt commands.

How do I upload a file via a keyboard command? I am always uploading files. 

How do I jump from a local directory to a remote directory via the keyboard? In 
cute I just use the tab key (and ctrl PgDn to download a remote file).  

Cute-ftp - just use ctrl PgUp. User ctrl v to view a file in editor.

I don't see how to do these things in ws-ftp.

The two dots method of changing directories is extremely inefficient. I have 
drives C ..G and the 2 dot method would kill me.
