Oh...urm, I know how to fix the problem...(but what I'm trying to do is
actually create the problem then figure out how to hack around it rather
than fix it). But, what you will want to do is go to:

http://gihealth.com/www/Server/ie4error.html and follow the instructions.
Microsoft also has the same fix but with less detail somewhere on their site.

I'm not sure if it's the same problem you report, since with my version the
darn thing happens even without Javascript!
