Impressions and page views are the same thing. In order to get an accurate
number, you can look at your server stats for your html pages (ie don't
count images). If you want to take it a step further, you can use software
like http://www.centralad.com which will track not only impressions, but
clickthru's. It will also handle things like rotating ads on your site or
grouping certain ads together. I'm not affiliated with them in any way, but
have been using them on a client site.
