Unfortunately karma, zen and all that other feel good stuff
doesn't help at all when you are being sued. The courts prevail,
and it depends on which attorney can present his case better in
the litigation process. Not all attorneys are litigators, just
like not all attorneys know the Net, or real estate, etc. When I
sue, I leave my feel goods home.
