Why didn't you read further?
This is exactly what I sell, exactly what lets me pull the rabit out
of the hat for those clients that have the need...
My problem is getting people to buy it.
I don't state it that way, but that is why those who know me hire me
for the software engineering "death marches" they are ordered to
undertake. They know that with me on their side, we will not just
survive, but likely come out as a fair to roaring success. But that is
people who know my analytical abilities, that knack for finding the
other pathway around the mess, that they just can't seem to find.
My father calls the profession "Insulting Engineering", as it is
often the art of telling the other guy he is a fool, without getting
fired.
How do you sell that?
