Wrong answer Chad -- I had already logged into the ISP three times. It
stayed grey. I rebooted. It stayed grey. I wrote webgrrls -- and was
sent the "bug report" and tip sheet MS.
And yes -- *I* knew to right-click-delete.
That's NOT the bloody point. taking control of the desktop IS the point.
I hope those spineless bureaucrats don't cave in again.
