This looks good.  Except for ...

User's IP Address: 206.217.102.230 mine is 209.130.51.66

When I go to the one displayed, I get a Front Page Web Server

I put up a test page http://www.gapent.com/urbtest.htm and tried
it three times (different userid) and got the correct userid, but not URL.
