     It does. Let's do a low level test. Create a link on a web page, 

<A HREF="http://usats.com/track.html?userid">Track my user</A>

make userid anytyhing you want. Do it multiple times with different 
userids if you like.

     The page will display, and record, your domain, your user assigned 
ID, the User's IP address,  and your reffering document. Obviously other 
information can be added later. 

     If we're on the right track I'll follow the user moving through same 
pages with cookies.
